Our story
How we got here
From a small South African shop to shipping for founders across five markets.
Lyemac started in South Africa, building products for founders who needed engineering they could trust. The first projects were local — small SaaS tools, internal systems, things that had to work and keep working.
Then the brief widened. We started shipping for founders in Singapore, Dubai, the USA, and the UK. Different markets, different regulations, different rhythms — but the same thing underneath: people with ideas who needed somebody to actually build them. A decade of that work taught us how to do quality across timezones, and how to keep things simple when the surrounding complexity tries to take over.
When AI tooling stopped being a toy and started being real engineering leverage, we leaned into it hard. Claude Code is in every loop now — ours and our clients'. It's the reason a website that used to take a month takes us days, and it's the reason we can hand the keys back to non-technical founders without leaving them stranded.
Today we're a small, dynamic, AI-native team focused on short bursts. End-to-end product builds when founders want something shipped. Vibe-shippable websites when they want to own the iteration themselves. No long-horizon hand-holding, no rented engineers — just shipped work, recoverable by design.
